Alex Kaplan
President and CEO

Alex leads the EnFin team. He has extensive experience in the solar and consumer finance industries, and his vision is to create a high-quality and accessible platform to help installers and homeowners seamlessly finance solar energy systems and other home energy improvements. Prior to EnFin Alex held leadership roles at Mosaic and SolarCity. He began his career in energy and transportation infrastructure finance.

Christina Wong
Chief Operations & Strategy Officer

Christina is responsible for strategy and operations at EnFin. She is an experienced leader in operations and business planning, leading team members to bring a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and brings performance driven results through cross-functional teams. She is focused on digital Innovation and KPI-driven operations strategy to enhance customer/partner experience. She is a certified Six Sigma black belt.

Sunil Nair
Chief Digital & Technology Officer

In his role at EnFin, Sunil is responsible for digital, technology and data initiatives. This includes leading product management, project management and technology architecture. As a technology and FinTech business expert, Sunil ensures that the companies' technology strategies are aligned with business goals. He is passionate about building best-in-class technology platforms with robust functionality and ease of use.

Rohit Rana
Head of Credit Risk

Rohit is responsible for Risk and Compliance at EnFin. He has extensive experience in the financial service industry, managing risk across various financial majors and start-ups. He has also consulted with various Banks and FinTechs on optimizing their risk & fraud strategy leveraging big data. His focus is in building analytically driven processes across the credit lifecycle- prospecting, underwriting, portfolio management and collections.

Robyn Kenkel
Head of Counterparty Risk

Robyn is responsible for Counterparty Risk at EnFin. Robyn has 11+ years of experience in the solar industry, with experience in channel sales, business development, installer operations, project remediation, counterparty risk, and asset management. She leverages her extensive experience in mitigating installer risk in sales and operations through financial review, active pipeline management, and risk reporting. With her prior experience at major solar lenders, Robyn has built a robust framework to mitigate installer related losses.

Greg Sandler
Head of Compliance

Gregory Sandler (“Greg”) is a commercially minded chief compliance officer with over 23 years of legal & compliance experience primarily in the asset management and consumer finance sectors. At various points in his career, Greg has had responsibility for lending & asset management compliance, operational efficiency, capital markets, commercial transactional work, strategic planning, corporate governance and managing outside counsel. He is admitted in New York, New Jersey and Authorized House Counsel in Florida.

Vinesh Karthic Padmanabhan
Head of Capital Markets

Vinesh is responsible for the strategy and execution of debt capital markets transactions that fund residential solar loan originations. This encompasses short-term funding, long-term funding, and asset liability management. With prior experiences in auto and solar loans, Vinesh’s focus is to build sustainable and innovative structured finance strategies, solutions, and market best practices that drive enterprise growth.
